Use the booking reference, verified driver/vehicle details and in-app reporting tools to keep every journey traceable.

- Confirm the driver/operator details shown in Ask4Ride.
- Check the vehicle registration matches the confirmed booking.
- Do not enter a different vehicle simply because someone says they are your driver.
During a journey
Keep your phone available and use the ride-linked message channel for operational communication. The app may provide live status/location information during an active ride.
Emergency
If anyone is in immediate danger or there is a serious emergency, contact the emergency services first. Ask4Ride is a booking platform and is not an emergency service.
Reporting
Use the in-app report feature for unsafe conduct, abusive behaviour, serious incidents or other safety concerns. Safety reports are retained for authorised administrative review.
